Production Summary

Year 2016

Under the operational management of the company’s shareholders, i.e. PJSC Gazprom Neft (which controls OAO Slavneft-Megionneftegaz) and PJSC Rosneft Oil Company (which manages OOO Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz), Slavneft’s enterprises produced 15 mln tons of crude oil and over-fulfilled the Business Plan by 235 ths tons in 2016.
The Slavneft reserve replacement exceeded the actual oil production twice (+32 mln tons). Based on West Siberia assets, the reserves-to-production rate made 37 years. Due to efficient operation of the base well stock and successful implementation of the wellwork program, the oil production drop was stabilized at the 3% level that corresponds to the rate of natural oil production at Company’s main fields, which are at their decline stage.  
In 2016, 31 new oil production technologies with the economic effect of RUB 259 mln were tested at Slavneft’s license areas. Within implementation of the energy-saving program, OAO Slavneft-Megionneftegaz, the Company’s main production enterprise, managed to significantly decrease the specific power consumption. Introduction of the energy-saving solutions allowed the Enterprise saving 146 mln kWh, or RUB 385 mln.
In the reporting period, 262 new wells were drilled at Slavneft’s fields; the production drilling progress made 1,063 ths meters.
In 2016, the volume of associated petroleum gas (APG) production achieved 1,065 bln m3 and exceeded the planned indicator by 34 mln m3. At year-end, APG utilization at the Company’s fields increased by 1.5% and was equal to 89%. It is planned to increase this indicator up to 95% by 2020.

 Year 2015
 
In 2015, Slavneft’s Enterprises produced 15.5 mln tons of crude oil and over-fulfilled the Business Plan by 135.5 ths tons.  Replenishment of the Company’s hydrocarbons base exceeded the actual crude oil production by 1.7 times. Oil production decline rates significantly reduced due to active application of advanced oil recovery enhancement methods. 
In 2015, the associated petroleum gas (APG) production volume achieved 915.7 mln m3 and exceeded the planned indicator by 38.2 mln m3. APG utilization increased by 5.2% against the previous year and made 87.3%.
In 2015, 33 new oil production technologies were tested at the Slavneft fields; those technologies allowed receiving the economic effect of 233.5 RUB mln.
229 new wells were put in production at the Company’s license areas in the reporting period. The production drilling progress made 1,138 ths meters and grew by 33.3 ths meters vs. 2014. 
In 2015, within the Energy Saving Program, Slavneft gained the essential decrease in specific electric power consumption; saving made 229.180 mln kW/h.
 
Year 2014
 
In 2014, OAO NGK Slavneft’s Subsidiaries produced 16.2 mln tons of crude oil that makes 96.3% against 2013. The volume of gas production in the Company’s fields achieved 870.9 mln cubic meters and increased by 6.6% vs. the previous year.
1,104.7 ths meters of rock was drilled and 236 new wells were commissioned in Slavneft’s license areas during 2014. The production drilling progress increased by 4.4% against the previous year.
The rate of associated gas utilization in the Slavneft fields grew by 6.6% and made 82.1% in the reporting period.
 
Year 2013
 
In 2013, OAO NGK Slavneft's subsidiaries produced 16.8 mln tons of oil, which is 94.1% vs. 2012 level. Gas production volume at the Company's oilfields reached 817.3 mln cu. meters, which is 2.8% lower than the previous year's level.
During 2013, 187 new wells were commissioned at Slavneft's license areas. Production drilling meterage amounted to 1057.8 ths meters, having increased by 53.1%, as compared to 2012. Associated gas utilization level increased by 3.1% over the reporting period and reached 77.0%.
 
Year 2012
 
In 2012, OAO NGK Slavneft’s entities produced 17.9 mln tons of oil which is 98.8% to the level of 2011. Gas production volume at the Company’s fields reached 841.0 cubic meters which is 0.5% lower than the past year’s level.
Over the reporting period, 157 new wells were commissioned at Slavneft’s license areas. Production drilling meterage amounted to 691.1 thousand meters. Associated oil gas utilization reached 74.7%.
 
Year 2011
 
In 2011, ОАО NGK Slavneft’s Subsidiaries produced 18.1 mln tons of oil according to the Business Plan that makes 98.5% vs. 2010. The gas production amounted to 845.1 mln m3 that is 0.8% below the previous year.
Over the reporting period, Slavneft commissioned 217 new wells, the production drilling progress made 780.7 ths m.
Associated gas utilization increased by 3.1% vs. 2010 and achieved 75%.
 
Year 2010
 
In 2010, ОАО NGK Slavneft’s Subsidiaries produced 18.4 mln tons of oil under the Business Plan that makes 97.2% vs. 2009. The gas production exceeded the planned indicator by 4.5% and amounted to 851.9 mln m3, or 94% as compared to 2009.
Over the reporting period, 222 new wells were put into operation at the Company’s fields (117.5% against 2009). The operation drilling progress amounted to 941.3 ths m that is 22.9% above the level of 2009.
The associated gas utilization achieved 71.9% that is 0.8% above the level of 2009. The idle well stock decreased to 10.9% of the Company’s well stock vs. 11.6% in 2009.
 
Year 2009

In 2009, OAO NGK Slavneft’s Subsidiaries produced 18.9 mln tons of oil according to the Business Plan that is 96.5% vs. 2008. Gas production increased the planned indicator by 2.9% and totaled to 905.1 mln m3 that is 0.7% above the 2008 level.
Over the reporting period, 189 new wells were put into production at the Company’s fields that is 14% above the indicators envisaged by the Business Plan. The drilling progress amounted to 765.8 ths m and increased the planned indicator by 39.4%.
In 2009, the associated gas utilization volume increased by 1.6% vs. 2008 and made 71.1%. The idle well stock decreased to 11.6% of the Company’s total well stock that is 0.7% below the respective indicator of 2008.

Year 2008

In 2008, OAO NGK Slavneft’s Subsidiaries produced 19.6 mln tons of oil and 899 mln m3 of gas. As compared to the previous year, the oil and gas production decreased by 6.4% and 3.2%, respectively. Under the year-end results, the oil and gas production exceeded the planned indicators by 0.5% and 15.5%, respectively. The production decline was caused by the various factors, including fields depletion and high water-cut.
In 2008, the associated gas utilization volume increased to 69.5% that is 4.8% above the Business Plan and 1.4% above the 2007 level.
During the year the idle well stock decreased to 12.4% of the Company’s total well stock that is 3.6% below the respective average indicator in Russia (16%).

Year 2007

In 2007, OAO NGK Slavneft’s Subsidiaries produced 20.9 mln tons of oil that is 10.3% lower vs. 2006. The oil production decline was mainly caused by the significant reserves depletion at the Company’s Brownfields in KhMAO-Yugra which development was started over 20 years ago.
During the year 866.7 ths m of rock was drilled at the Company’s fields that is 33.5% above the previous year indicators; 235 new wells were put into operation that is 26% higher than in 2006.
The gas production amounted to 928.3 mln m3 vs. 925 mln m3 in 2006.

Year 2006

In 2006, OAO NGK Slavneft’s Subsidiaries produced 23.3 mln tons of oil that is 3.6% lower vs. 2005. The production decline was mainly caused by the operating well stock decreased due to extremely low temperatures of IQ 2006 and production well rate reduced due to reserves depletion.
Over the reporting period, the production drilling amounted to 649.4 ths meters that is 3.7% higher vs. 2005.

Year 2005

In 2005, OAO NGK Slavneft’s Subsidiaries produced 24.2 mln tons that is 9.8% higher vs. 2004. The daily average oil production made over 66 ths tons, or 110% vs. the previous year indicators.

Year 2004

In 2004, OAO NGK Slavneft’s Subsidiaries produced 22 mln tons of oil that is 24.1% above the 2003 indicators. The daily average oil production exceeded 60 ths tons that is 24% higher vs. 2003.

Year 2003

In 2003, OAO NGK Slavneft’s Subsidiaries produced about 18 mln tons that is 23.1% higher vs. 2002. The daily average oil production exceeded 49.6 ths tons.

Year 2002

In 2002, OAO NGK Slavneft’s Subsidiaries produced about 14.2 mln tons of oil (excluding OAO Varieganeft and OAO Ulyanovskneft) that is 13.1% higher vs. 2001. The daily average oil production amounted to 38.8 ths tons.

Year 2001

In 2001, OAO NGK Slavneft’s Subsidiaries produced approximately 15 mln tons of oil (including OAO Varieganeft and OAO Ulyanovskneft which produced about 1.5 mln tons) that is 21.6% higher vs. 2000. The daily average oil production amounted to 40.89 ths tons.
